When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. From time to time, due to periods of peak demand such as promotional sales or the run up to Christmas, there may be delays but we will keep you updated with the progress of your order by email.

How do I measure my pooch?

Please refer to our table below for the sizing of our products. We recommend using a soft measuring tape or a ruler and string on your pooch to get the most accurate measurements.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, our Returns & Refund policy is 14 days from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information. However, we do not accept returns of items which have been purchased in a sale. We recommend to check the sizes carefully and measure your Pooch before competing your order. 

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges but, should the product not be suitable, we will accept a return within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

How is my parcel sent?

All items delivered within the UK are sent via Royal Mail. We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £40, this is a 2nd Class service. There is an option to upgrade the postage preference at completion of your order to a 1st Class service, as well as Royal Mail signed for 1st Class. Please note the 1st Class service is not guaranteed next day.

Worldwide orders are shipped via International Tracked and Signed.
