Postage Policy
Our products are in stock and ready to post unless stated otherwise, e.g. a pre-order. We work hard 7 days a week to process orders and aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. From time to time, due to busy times such as promotional sales or the run up to Christmas, there may be delays.
You will receive a confirmation email on receipt of your order and we will send additional email updates once it has been dispatched.
Delivery Information:
All items delivered within the UK are sent via Royal Mail.
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £40 using Royal Mail, this is a 2nd Class service. There is an option to upgrade the postage preference at completion of your order to a 1st Class service, as well as Royal Mail signed for 1st Class. Please note the 1st Class service is not guaranteed next day.
Should your total spend be under this amount, postage costs are charged at a fixed rate of £3.75 – this is a 2nd Class service. There is an option to upgrade the postage preference at completion of your order to a 1st Class service at a fixed rate of £5.50, as well as Royal Mail signed for 1st Class at a fixed rate of £6.50. Please note the 1st Class service is not guaranteed next day.
We are proud to ship orders worldwide and operate a flat rate shipping cost for International Tracked and Signed.
European orders shipped via Royal Mail are charged at a fixed rate of £14.95 for orders weighing up to 2kg.
Rest of the World orders shipped via Royal Mail are charged at a fixed rate of £24.95 for orders weighing up to 2kg.
Please note R Pooch are not responsible for any customs charges, taxes, import duty, etc. charged by the country of destination. It is the customers responsibility to check if any items are restricted to import to your country prior to order and to pay any additional charges incurred. No responsibility or compensation will be provided for items destroyed by customs in the event they are destroyed due to being prohibited.
